Refund and return policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive your order. If 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging/labels intact.
Certain products cannot be returned or refund for hygiene and quality control, such as:
Opened skincare, cosmetics or personel care products
Worn or used clothing/accessories.
Items purchased on sale or clearance
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at Whatsapp: +92 341 1167817 within 3 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are usually provided through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (as per your preference).
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please whatsapp us and we will send our address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
For your security, we recommend using a trackable courier service when sending items back.
